The rules we hold ourselves to

Your catalog is never held hostage. If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden — you keep every specimen, photo, and provenance record, and export keeps working. You simply can’t upload past the free allowance until you’re under it again.
Search and discovery are never for sale. No paid placement in the gallery, Discover, or search results. Ever.
Your data is never sold. Merchants can pay for tooling around information you choose to share; nobody can buy information about you.
Buying is always free. No tier is required to purchase, message, or arrange a meeting.
